مروری بر تأثیر محصولات غذایی پروبیوتیک بر ایمنی غذایی و ارتقاء سلامت مصرف‌کنندگان در سبک زندگی مدرن

چکیده
صنعت غذا، به عنوان یکی از فعال­ترین و پویاترین حوزه­های اقتصادی جهان شناخته می­شود که رشد و توسعۀ روزافزون آن، تنوع محصولات غذایی را به سطحی بی‌سابقه در مقیاس جهانی رسانده است. با توجه به افزایش نگرانی‌ها درباره شیوع اختلالات گوارشی در سبک زندگی مدرن، نیازهای جدیدی برای پاسخگویی به دغدغه­های تغذیه‌ای جوامع به وجود آمده است. پروبیوتیک‌ها، میکروارگانیسم‌هایی مؤثر با عملکردی منحصر به فرد می­باشند که می­توانند با تأثیر بر میکروبیوم روده و برقراری تعادل میکروبی، سیستم ایمنی را تقویت کنند و سطح کیفیت زندگی و سلامت مصرف­کنندگان را افزایش ­دهند. در این مطالعه به بررسی پیشینۀ مطالعات علمی در دسترس از اثرگذاری پروبیوتیک‌ها بر زندگی بشر و سطح ایمنی محصولات غذایی مصرفی پرداخته شده­است. هدف از این مرور، جمع­بندی و سازماندهی مطالعات پیشین برای معرفی کاربردی قابلیت‌های این محصولات به فعالان صنعت غذا و مصرف‌کنندگان می­باشد و سعی دارد راه حلی راهبردی در مسیر تحقق سلامت عمومی جامعه مدرن مطرح کند.

چکیده English

The food industry stands as one of the most dynamic and vibrant economic sectors globally, with its relentless growth driving extraordinary variation of products on a worldwide scale. As modern lifestyles increase concern over gastrointestinal diseases, there is an urgent need to address evolving nutritional demands and health challenges. Probiotics, a class of functionally unique microorganisms, have emerged as crucial agents in this context. By moderating the gut microbiota and restoring microbial equilibrium, these beneficial microbes not only enhance immune system performance but also significantly improve consumer health outcomes and quality of life. This study carries a systematic review of prior scientific research to analyze the multifaceted impacts of probiotics on human well-being and their role in improving the safety profiles of food products. Through synthesizing existing evidence, the review aims to provide actionable insights for stakeholders in the food industry and consumers, positioning probiotics as a strategic solution for advancing public health in modern societies. By bridging scientific knowledge with practical applications, this work emphasizes the potential of probiotics in developing nutritional revolution and addressing contemporary health necessities.
